24-year-old resident of Shakhtinsk (Kazakhstan) Ruslan Moukanov created his own «Rolls-Royce Phantom».
In an interview with the Kazakh Auto.Vesti.ru Kulibin told that this idea came to him after a few years ago, sitting in the library, he saw a photo of the car Rolls-Royce Phantom in automotive magazines.
The young man realized that buying a car for 500 thousand euro he would never succeed, and therefore decided to collect exclusive Rolls-Royce with his own hands. Spending a total of 3 thousand dollars, the master turned the old Mercedes in the legendary means of transportation.
