Some of this pictures are totally ok. In some European coutries ,(Russia, Poland , Holland, Germany etc) You can legally park on part of the pavement if there is sufficient space left for pedestrians. When You see one car parked , like on the picture, it only means the rest have left. Its nothing wrong with that and it makes road free of parked cars. Most of this pictures is done without knowing how the rest of the parking looked like before people moved away. Lame.
